Prayer?
This fanlisting is for Lisa Garland from Konami's brilliant game, Silent Hill. It is called "Prayer" because I once noticed a screenname on eBay that was "prayforlisagarland_silenthill". It stuck with me, and I thought it was appropriate. Who is Lisa, you ask, and why should we pray for her? When Harry Mason enters the town of Silent Hill after a strange car accident and the subsequent disappearance of his young daughter Cheryl, he realizes that something has gone horribly wrong. Monsters wait along every street, and shadows can devour you whole. Lisa is one of the few people he encounters within the town. He first finds her hiding under a table in Alchemilla Hospital, where she works as a nurse. Remembering nothing of how she came to be here, only that she must've blacked out, Lisa offers comfort and companionship to Harry. Things are not always what they seem, however, and blessings are rare in Silent Hill...
