Elrics? Izumi?
This fanlisting is for the relationship between Edward Elric, Alphonse Elric, and Izumi Curtis from the incredible anime Fullmetal Alchemist. From the beginning of the series, the Elric brothers show an incredible bond to one another, and it's hard to imagine how another person would fit into it. Izumi, however, destroys any preconceptions you might have about who their teacher is. Strong-willed and often harsh, Izumi is the perfect balance for the tender love the boys have for each other: rough and strict, but underneath it all, as caring as a parent would be. The dynamic between the three of them is amazing and unbelievably touching - they are at turns the best of motivation, of sparring partners, and of adopted family - they always lend each other the strength they need to survive.
